Although Hawai'i has a gentle climate compared to most, the need for protective clothing is huge! Many are without adequate clothing and hygiene products, the basic necessities for a quality life. Providing those in need with clean clothes, footwear, and hygiene products can make a drastic difference in physical and mental health!
Clothing Drives
We gather new and slightly used clothing, blankets, footwear, and other essential items from many places all over the islands. No donation is too small, and each item collected makes a huge difference to someone in need. We conduct monthly clothing drives in specific geographical areas and gather as much as possible. Follow us on social media for updates on what areas we will be collecting from and when.
Clothing Distribution
We take clothing and other essentials to all of our Meals on the Move events, as well as other special events. Personal hygiene items are also included in these distributions. Simply being clean, in clean clothes, can drastically change a person's mental state. Our goal is comprehensive care, from the inside out, and this is a very important step in that process.
